When submitting this document, all fields marked with an asterisk (“*”) must be filled in to process the matter.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 7 days of receiving the product. In order to execute the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement unambiguously using the attached withdrawal document. To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period. Please return the attached document also when you return the product.
Please note that the right of withdrawal and return applies only to unused and non-defective standard products in unopened packages. The right does not apply to products that have been manufactured, ordered or modified specifically by the buyer. Returns will be refunded 80% of the invoiced price. Processing and delivery charges are not refunded.
If you cancel this agreement, we will refund you the payments for the products within 30 days of arrival of your return. The customer is responsible for the return costs. We will refund the return to your account you have informed in the document. The return costs will not be refunded but will be forfeited for your payment. We can refrain from refunding payments until we have returned the goods and checked for their condition.
The document and appendices will be sent by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Include a possible payment receipt. Once we have agreed on return terms, return the goods and return this document or hand it over to us without undue delay or, if you have previously notified otherwise, no later than 7 days after the date you notified us of your withdrawal. The deadline has been met if you return the goods back before the expiry of the 7-day period concerned. Please keep the receipt of the product returned as long as you have received the money in your account. You are responsible for such a reduction in the value of goods as a result of handling other than the nature of the goods, the characteristics and the functionality of the goods.

You are required to check the product immediately upon receiving the product. A broken or damaged product or package must promptly ask the carrier to make a damage notification. After this, you must contact the Bestool Customer Service without delay. The product must not be returned to the transport company until the Customer Service has been contacted. If the wrong product or product has been delivered to you is incorrect or broken, you must immediately inform the customer service before 7 days have elapsed since receiving the product. Thereafter, these products do not have a right of return. Bestool is responsible for (hidden) errors and defects in products according to the general regulation in the standard consumer protection law 5:12. In addition, Bestool’s warranty terms for consumer customers are applied. If the product is incorrect according to the terms of the warranty, this should be notified as soon as possible to the customer service. The return / complaint document and pictures of the product to prove the defect must be returned no later than 7 days after the defect was detected or the time the defect should have been detected. Bestool is not obligated to pay for the defect if this deadline is not met or if the customer does not have a receipt or other proof of purchase for the purchase of the product. In addition, it is required that the defect is of such a nature that it could not reasonably be detected by the customer when checking the receipt of the product. Depending on the nature of the defect, the product is repaired or a new corresponding product is delivered to the customer. A price reduction is possible if the defect can not be achieved without unreasonable costs being repaired and no new corresponding product can be delivered. Bestool is not liable to the customer for any indirect damage caused by the fault (eg, pure property damage). Bestool is responsible for the replacement of the product.
